Dr. Eduardo de Marchena is an internationally recognized cardiologist and a professor of medicine and surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He was named Associate Dean for International Medicine Institute in March 2008 and has served as the Director of Interventional Cardiology, Medical Director of the Medical Director UHealth Atherosclerosis Prevention and Treatment Center, and is currently the Chairman of the University of Miami Medical Group. During his tenure at the University, Dr. Eduardo de Marchena has spearheaded key programs for the Heart Transplantation and Interventional Cardiology unit, has served as Chief of the Division of Cardiology and was appointed Interim Chairman of the Department of Medicine.

Juan F. Granada, MD, is the President and Chief Executive Officer at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation in New York, NY. Dr. Granada is also Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Granada leads a multidisciplinary research group which aims to accelerate the validation process of promising emerging technologies in areas such as cardiac imaging, innovative cardiovascular devices and tissue engineering. He is also a co-director of the Trans-Catheter Therapeutic (TCT) Annual Scientific Symposium, the largest and most prominent interventional meeting in the world.

Dr. Granada is a leading investigator in the field of translational sciences, especially in the area of emerging cardiovascular therapies in which he holds numerous publications, book chapters, patents and awards. Additionally, he has participated in the development and successful validation of several medical device technologies in the area of endovascular imaging and structural heart disease devices. Dr. Granada collaborates with scientists and centers around the world supporting the development of innovative concepts to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Granada is an active board certified interventional cardiologist specializing in advanced interventional procedures. He completed his cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.

Marc Bosiers graduated in 1983 from the University of Leuven in Belgium. From 1983 till 1990, he specialized and became Supervisor at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Münster where he worked at the Klinik für Anästhesiologie und operative Intensivmedizin and the Klinik für Allgemeine und Gefässchirurgie.

Dr. Bosiers has been head of the Department of Vascular Surgery at the St. Blasius Hospital in Dendermonde, Belgium since 1993. He has authored over 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals, he wrote two books, has a track record of more than 700 presentations and he holds several positions in national and international professional and scientific organizations. As principal investigator, he has led and participated in numerous clinical research programs in the field of endovascular therapy.

Dr. Bosiers is a proctor for endovascular strategies for renal revascularization, critical limb ischemia, carotid stenting, EVAR and infrapopliteal revascularization.

He is a member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Chirurgie, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gefässchirurgie, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Flebologie, the Belgian Society for Vascular Surgery, the European Society for Vascular Surgery, the International Society of Endovascular Specialists, the Workgroup Endovascular Surgery of the Belgian Society for Vascular Surgery, the International Society for Vascular surgery, founding member of the Society of Industry Leaders and Honorary member of the Austrian Society for Vascular Surgery and the Swiss Society for Vascular Surgery.
